After winter, it’s really normal to feel a little off.


Maybe routines slipped a bit.

Get outside when you can

Even a short walk or a few minutes of fresh air can shift your energy more than you might expect.


Pay attention to how you feel

More than anything, a reset is about reconnecting. Energy, mood, digestion...your body is always giving you feedback.
